Konstantinos (Charle) and Maria came to America from Greece in the mid 1970′s to create a better life for their children. They had always dreamed of one day opening their very own restaurant. After nearly 20 years of hard work and dedication to this dream, their dream came true. With their children they opened the Flamingo Restaurant in August of 1992. Nearly 20 years later Charle & Maria are still making homemade sauces and specials for their patrons every day. Their son Michael serves as the owner and with waitresses who have been there practically since opening, the Flamingo runs smoothly. The diner atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We strive to serve the best quality product in an efficient manner. We greatly appreciate all of those who support us on a daily basis and make the Flamingo a special place to gather.
